This is our Level 1 Barista Training Guide! Within these documents you’ll find all the necessary information to get your Baristas to the minimum skill standard needed to create delicious drinks. We offer 3,4 and 5 hour sessions based off of the amount of staff attending the training and the depth of training. Within the course we will cover:

• Who the heck is Devil’s Head Coffee and how do we fit into the coffee industry.
• Equipment Review and Barista background
• Espresso techniques and extractions
• Open Ended Q&A
